Hi Everyone, as  I purchased this laptop a month ago, it was saying on the website that is bundled with Black Ops IIII, when I clicked on the link it took me to the redeem page, where it was saying that I don't need to do anything I will receive a Master Key within 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I didn't get one, so I contacted support via email - never got a response, the offer was already expired on the website, so I couldn't get a proof (print or screenshot) - which in a way is really ridiculous to do when buying from a company as big as HP!? Couple of days ago I phoned them, they got on my case and today I received a reply, that management haven't found any record that my product had an offer, which is not true. After all when you spending so much money on a laptop you will read carefully what ayou buying! Does anyone have purchased the same laptop with this bundle? Any help will be much appreciated, guys!?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
