Product: Pavilion 15 - dkxxxxla

My pc freezes suddenly while I play or do any task .. It freezes in such a way that I can only forcefully turn it off, nothing else works, I thought it would soon be the hdd, but then I installed an ssd, and mounted the OS on it , then it was still happening the same, so I updated the bios to the latest version, this improved it a couple of days .. But it happened again.
