Hello @aminpc

A few questions...

Im curious what happened that you needed to run a factory recovery?

Was Windows working or is it not able to start up also?

Are you accessing the recovery via F11 at startup?

If so, did you ever create the HP USB Recovery Media drive for it? That might work better.

Before you go any further, I would run the system tests for memory and hard drive.

With the laptop off and the power cord plugged in, press the power button and rapidly tap the F2 key.

There should be a menu open with options to run a memory and hard drive test.

See if it will run those tests and what the results are.

So what you are saying is, you cannot access the bios or the diagnostics page or anything now, the screen stays black?

There could be many things causing a black screen if you cannot access anything what so ever.

Bad memory, drive, failing power board to the screen, motherboard, etc.

I assume you are out of warranty, given the age of the laptop model.

If you cannot access anything at all, I would suggest you take the laptop in to a shop and have them troubleshoot the hardware.

it's odd because I was trying to go from the automatic application software installation I wanted to do it manually and I went to Windows recovery troubleshooting startup after restart I see black screen only don't run on again..

anyway thanks a lot for your help...
