i recently bought hp pavilion gaming laptop ec 1052ax and and after playing gta v for just 5 mins my keyboard is hot to touch and also temperatures shown in omen comman center as 102 c and i am worried about the temps and i have gone through all the related questions answers and all the jobs are done
clean vents
hp cool sense
extensive 2 hrs diagnostics test done no errors
updated bios f11
reset os in settings
still the temperatures are at 97-102c
and also checked no processes are running in task manager
with just chrome tabs temps are around 80+c
is there any callback for this model are any help can be done from your side as design flaws and also hinge is swinging for fan speed at 3

- Have you tried uninstalling the game and checked the system temperature?
- Does computer run hot while playing other games?

yes playing any game making it hot eaily 95+ degrees
any task idle temps are at 80+
already said to you gone through all the answers u already given nothing works so kept a new question
even with chrome open 80+ temperatures are recorded
i already using a laptop stand to elevate the laptop nothing works with me
bought laptop just 17 days used it
