Hi@sumit0905,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Victus Notebook.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try updating the network drivers from HP.COM
  • You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Did you manage to find a solution to this? I have exactly the same issue. Bought the Victus about 6 months ago and since then the WIFI would randomly lose all available WIFI networks - and only a reboot fixes the issue. I have updated the bios to latest version and all windows updates. However i noticed the installed network driver for the realtek wifi adapter is version 6001.0.10.344 dated 09/12/2021. The hp.com driver update site has 2 drivers for the victus v1.0.0.194 Rev.S dated Dec 6, 2021 and v1.0.0.199 Rev.S dated Mar 11, 2022 - however i'm unable to install these - even if i remove the current wifi driver and manually install the ones from the site. On reboot it always re-installs v6001.0.10.344. The wifi issue is really frustrating and i believe it is a issue with the victus 16

Go to device manager and open advanced settings of WiFi card. Disable 5G and set 2.4 on b/g/n only. Your problem should be solved. Good luck!

It worked for me.. also I disabled roaming aggressiveness.

Didn’t have any issue since making these adjustments. Hope it will be the same for you.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me as i just lost all 'available wifi networks'. I will now disable roaming aggressiveness - as mentioned in your last message - and see if that makes a difference.

Please let us know if that did the trick?
