Hi @KakaJemi,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing significant issues with your HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27 after upgrading to Windows 11. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Check for Windows 11 Compatibility:

  • Ensure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. HP provides a tool or you can use Microsoft's PC Health Check tool.

Update Drivers:

  • Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers specifically for Windows 11. Installing the latest graphics, chipset, and other essential drivers might resolve the crashing issue.

BIOS Update:

  • Make sure your system BIOS is up to date. An outdated BIOS can cause compatibility issues with newer operating systems.

Perform a Clean Install:

  • If the upgrade process didn’t go smoothly, performing a clean installation of Windows 11 might help. This involves backing up your data, creating a Windows 11 installation media, and installing the OS from scratch.

Check for Overheating:

  • Ensure that your PC is not overheating, as this can cause random restarts and crashes. Clean the ventilation areas and make sure the fans are working properly.

Revert to Windows 10:

  • If the above steps don’t help and you urgently need a working system, consider reverting to Windows 10 until you can resolve the issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
