Product: hp omen 15 2020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i got the new hp omen 15 2020 and i cant change the brightness at all. it doesn't matter if i go into settings or use the volume keys. My model has the amd 4800h and the 1660ti so if anyone knows how to fix this let me know.

i have tried reinstalling and updating drivers but still nothing

Another user also has the same issue with that series and he reinstalled all the drivers to no avail.

HP recommended a warranty claim as it appears to be hardware related.
