i cant find out which computer i have and i don't have led back lighting in omen command center

If I go to about my pc or hp support assistant or anywhere else on my pc it says my pc is an OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx but on this website https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops my pc is OMEN by HP - 15-dc0101tx and also my omen command centre does not have keyboard backlight option is not there just system vitals, network booster and performance control

The HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx is the model series.

This seems to be a new way HP uses to indentify notebooks.

However, there is a product number on your PC, which should be on the same label as the serial number.

If you enter the product number in the box at the link below, it should give you the exact model number of your notebook.

I just did a reverse search of by typing the model number (15-dc0101tx) you posted in the HP part surfer website, and got this info...

So, if your notebook has the 4SP44PA product number, then it is specifically a HP 15-dc0101tx .

As for the second part of your question, unfortunately, I will not be able to help you with that, and I suggest you start a new post regarding that matter.
