i dont have the performance part at command center and lightning my pc model is Dc-1008nt notebook

Hello @Denis17x 

That is correct, you model wont have Performance Mode because your hardware configuration doesn't require a 200w power adapter. Anything less does not have that feature. As the list says, its on certain configurations only and yours only came with a GTX 1650.  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05387497

I doubt it. Is your OCC set in Default or Comfort Mode? If the later, try Default mode.

Unfortunately, there is no fan speed control that I know of.
