Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

im italian, and realy young, so in advance, pardon for my poor choice of words.

today i wanted to clean my laptop, (hp said that there was no problem if i removed the back pannel so i did).

the battery semeed to me a little bigger than the last time i cleaned the laptop so i was realy concerned.

should i remove i asap ( never done it but i think i would not be that diffucult), is it dangerous? i dont know what should i do. 

also should/can i ask for the piece that i need to be sended for a diy replacement (dont know how to say it).

and can i use the laptop whit out the battery? when i will whait for the replacement ( if neded )

i think the photos of my problem arent to usefull btw

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
