i want to add an extra 1 tb hard disk to my HP Omen 17 AN012TX. how to do this?

Did your system come with a 512GB SSD and 1 TB HDD or without the HDD?

If it did not come with a 1TB HDD, you could add one, but you would probably have to purchase the HDD brackets, cable and screws.  

929561-001  BRACKET, HDD L/R

931564-001  CABLE, CONNECTOR

 

If it did come with an HDD already and a 512GB M.2 drive, you could either replace the existing HDD with a bigger one, or buy an external usb hard drive and just use that.

Thanks for the reply. It came without HDD. your help is great. I have to buy the HDD brackets.
