No, an "AMD Ryzen 3" is the processor (CPU), not your laptop model.

 

Type in system information in your Windows search bar, and click on the System Information App.

 

You should see something like this -using the PC I am working from at the moment:

Please provide your "System Model", "System SKU", and your "BaseBoard Product" numbers.
