M.2 NVMe SSD 256GB KingSpec NE-256GB 2280, Interface PCIe4.0 x4, M2 Type 2280 form factor compatible with my laptop,i searched and it said yes,but only with PCIe3 speed,is it true?

The drive will work but since your notebook's M.2 SSD slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0, the Gen 4.0 NVMe SSD will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from the Gen 3.0 SSD slot.
