hello, so my laptop was overheating really badly (80 degrees) and i lowered the maximum processor state to 99% to disable turbo boost for cpu. but i am still worried about it, when idling my cpu is about 42 degrees which is fine, while browsing and watching movies its from 45-55 degrees but while gaming its about 65-75 degrees. i am doing really basic gaming like minecraft which doesnt need that much cpu power. that's why i disabled turbo boost. is this normal? and if no what else can i do to fix it?

While gaming its about 65-75 degrees is really good. Omen machines can run up to 90°C or above. Your machine is not for games anyway.

Regards.

okay, thanks! and yes this laptop is not a gaming laptop but do you really need high specs laptop for minecraft? i get normal fps with it on high settings so i dont really mind if its gaming or no. and i have seen some people on youtube even run warzone on this thing and it runs fine. anyways thanks, now i dont have to worry about temperature
