Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i want to enhance the performance of my pc hence i thought so to increse the ram to 16GB hence i want to know that is it my pc will support a 16gb ram in another empty slot in motherboard or not please update me asap.

I need more details please, so I know better how to help.

In the Start Menu, find and run the HP Support Assistant an look up the PRODUCT number.

Tell me the product number here.

Assuming the performance increase is for gaming, what games are you playing and at what settings? What is happening that you would need more ram?
