@Joselito23, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop is displaying errors regarding BIOS recovery files being corrupted or not found, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Create a BIOS Recovery USB Drive

Download BIOS Update:

Prepare a USB flash drive:

  • Ensure the USB flash drive is formatted to FAT32.
  • Copy the BIOS update file to the USB flash drive.

Perform BIOS Recovery:

  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Insert the USB flash drive with the BIOS update file.
  • Press and hold the Windows + B keys simultaneously, and then press the power button for 2-3 seconds. Release the power button but continue holding the Windows + B keys.
  • If the BIOS recovery starts, follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Use HP BIOS Recovery Tool

For more advanced recovery, HP provides specific tools to help recover corrupted BIOS:

HP BIOS Update Utility:

  • Go to the HP BIOS Update Utility.
  • Follow the instructions to create your recovery tool using the HP BIOS Update Utility software.

Use HP Support Assistant:

  • Search for HP Support Assistant in Windows and open it. If not installed, download it from HP Support Assistant.
  • Go to Updates and Messages.
  • Check for updates, and install any BIOS update available.

3. Reinstall BIOS from HP Customer Support

If none of the above steps work, you can try reinstalling the BIOS directly from HP using these steps:

Download BIOS File:

Boot into BIOS:

  • Restart your laptop and press F10 repeatedly to enter the BIOS setup.
  • Use the option to update BIOS from the USB drive if your BIOS supports it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
