Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the laptop on the 28th February 2020, but when i registered it, the HP Product Warranty page says the warranty started on the 15th November 2019. It is not a refurbished laptop, or at least wasn't sold as such from a high-street store.

The store may register it when they receiving the machine not when selling the machine. Please talk with them directly, they can alter information for you OR call HP in your country and they will help you.
