Hello everyone,

I just bought an HP Omen 15 dc0022np and on my command center do not have the ligthing option, i hope you can help me to fix it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the "Keyboard". 

 

Don’t worry, I’m here to help! 

 

The OMEN by HP - 15-dc0022np does not support 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard feature and that's why it is not listed in the Omen Command Center software.
