how can i maintain my laptop battery in good status? is it by keeping it charging during my workout even if it is full charged or what?

Hi:

 

I don't recommend leaving your notebook plugged in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because it may lead to battery swelling due to the battery remaining in a constant 100% charge condition.
