laptop keeps instantly overheating and is throttled even after ive massively undervolted

I understand that you are facing issues with Overheating.

 

Does this happen on regular use or while playing games?

 

Meanwhile, try these steps. 

 

First, stop the intel-Turbo-boost in the Power Setting and then: select the "Comfort mode" in "Omen Gaming Hub" while playing the game........... it reduces the temperature by 10 degrees.

 

If this does not help and still the issue persists, then this unit might need service.
