OMEN by HP - 15-dc0030nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I change the rgb on my laptop with the omen software the colors are completely wrong no matter what I do. When I first bought the laptop I would always have the lights on purple and it worked fine until a few months ago and the problem has only gotten worse with time. When I set it to the default blue it shows up as a teal green, when I use the purple it shows up as a light pink. I've tried everything. All of my drivers and bios are up to date, windows is completely up to date, and I've tried reinstalling omen command center about a million times. I've also looked through about a thousand threads on just about every forum available to man and have yet to find a solution please help.Annotation 2020-08-19 203546.pngAnnotation 2020-08-19 203649.pngAnnotation 2020-08-19 203619.png

Hello @patsob

Ive seen this issue reported before with no solution. My opinion is its hardware related. HP would have to fix it.

Hopefully if you are under warranty, contact HP Support... Contact Official HP® Support | HP® Customer Support

If not, will that website offer contact info for out of warranty issues? Sometimes it has, sometimes not. If so, they might have an option to give you.

Let me know what happens.
