my hp victus 15 laptop is facing an issue with light studio...it's not showing any devices...so i couldn't customise my keyboard rgb

What is your full model or product number (SKU) that has this form ASDF#ABC?  I need to check if your model number has an RGB keyboard, Victus usually do not have an RGB keyboard
