The specs of your machine is

It does not have parts list

and it has
15.6" diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080) screen.
The series has 3 different options for displays
- 15.6 in, FHD 60 Hz NB part # L24374-001
- 15.6 in, FHD 144Hz NB part # L24376-001
- 15.6 in, UHD 60 Hz NB part # L24378-001
Looks like your machine has the first option. Please use page 1 of the following manual to work our information of your machine screen
