Bought the laptop july 2022, it stoppen working first time in april 2023, it was sent back for repair. the motherboard was replaced by HP. now the same happend, no reaction, nothing. i am afraid it is the same issue. There is still guarantee but i don't want another fix for thé laptop to brake down again right after thé guarantee. How many times does HP repair before other options are Explored? what are other options? i don't need a laptop that is unreliable

I see that there is an issue with the laptop hardware as it is not powering on and may need repair or replacement. 

This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
