Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)

I have a HP Pavillion 15 gaming laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 5600h with Gtx 1650 ti), My display started flickering today.  when I changed my frame rate to 60hz it stopped flickering for a few seconds and then back to flickering. I think the issue started after the latest windows update. I tried updating the display driver. can someone help me with this
