Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop shuts down automatically, has happened twice in about a week. and the frame rate drops very low after restarting it from that situation. i have checked with the hp app. but it can detect no problems at all. i bought the laptop in april 2019. please help.

@markgonsalves , welcome to the forum.

 

The symptoms that you are experiencing are normally caused by heat.  You should clean the vents to assure there is good airflow in the case.
