Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I’m having issues with the l OMEN light studio, apparently my laptop is the Omen 17 (2019 edition) and it appears on the compatible devices for the app but when I go to the gaming hub it doesn’t appear anything indicating the light studio, I would like to know why and if my problem can be fixed

First of all: does your machine have 4 zones keyboard ?

When turning machine on the first time, can you see keyboard has 4 zones which is similar to
