 Hello every one

my laptop is OMEN by HP 15-dc1068tx.Does anyone know why lighting tab not showing in omen command center? I updated the bios , re installed omen command center, and update the windows, but it don't show. I think my keyboard have 4 lighting zone but I see red color on my keyboard only.
