Product: OMEN by HP - 17-w211ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Always low fps in any tests or games. I completely reinstalled the OS, changed the video chip and it did not help. Could this be due to the lack of a battery? what else can i try?

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
