Hi,
Could anyone please help me wih this error ID?
9CXBN2-9J3A75-MFPW2K-40N903
I can start my laptop but when I try to play some of my games, the game will crash after a few minutes.
It sometimes crash to BSOD too, for example some error codes:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
CERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA
So I ran some of basic HW-tests including fast memory test in UEFI mode and it failed..
My win is completely restored to defaults and it didn't help..
Does it mean that I'll have to change my memory chip?
I would be grateful for any advices and solutions.

Hi:
The error code reported, Memory Module 2 Failure, means that the memory module in slot 2 of your notebook has a problem and needs to be replaced.
Since the specs for your notebook indicate that it originally came with 1 x 16 GB of memory, you will be able to easily figure out which memory chip to replace.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.

Since your notebook has two memory slots, you may want to max out the memory with 2 x 16 GB of memory.
If you were happy with 16 GB, you will get slightly better performance if you replace the defective 16 GB chip with 2 x 8 GB chips so the memory runs in the higher performing dual channel mode.
Here is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook. They offer compatible memory for sale.
You would want the DDR4-2666 MHz memory modules.
