Did you know you have to change the whole System board ? System board contains
(a) New motherboard,
(b) New CPU with integrated video,
(c) New Dedicated Video card,
(d) New License of Windows (you can't reuse old license).
All above 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board. You can't get part for motherboard alone.
