mouse clicking issues in games
11-26-2019 04:44 PM

I had a issue with playing Diablo 3 and Overwatch. After running a few steps in order to fix my issue with blizzard tech support, they came to the following conclusion.
- I am Game Master and Tech Specialist Vladosiky and I am here to address your Diablo 3 lag/stutter concern! Thank you for providing system files. I do not think this is related to the Razer Chroma issue. This is probably the issue with HP OMEN laptops. We have been seeing a ton of HP OMEN customers have this exact issue. There is a QoS connection priority setting called HP Omen HSA Service that is causing this problem after a Windows 10 update. To resolve this issue you can locate the HP Omen HSA Service in your Task Managers service tab and disable this service: https://www.howtogeek.com/66622/stupid-geek-tricks-6-ways-to-open-windows-task-manager/ You can right click and disable the service in the Services tab. You may also need to Disable the "Network Booster" option in the HP Command Center, then temporarily uninstall HP Command Center. Once you have followed these steps, please report this issue to HP so they are aware of the problem: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Notebooks/bd-p/GamingNotebooks Our goal is to figure this out for you and to completely resolve your issue. If these steps do not help, please attach a new MSINFO and DXDIAG. Please understand we can verify if any steps were skipped when viewing these files: http://battle.net/support/article/200581 Thanks!
They wanted me to post this so you guys at HP were aware of this issue. It seems to be on your end and needs to be address as quickly as possible in order to stop this issue. Looks like i'm not the only one.

Hello @Milky063
Yes we are aware of the issue and I have personally reported the issue to HP quite a while back.
We on the forum will have no way of knowing when the issue will be resolved yet.
Thank you for your patients.
