While I was working on the laptop recently, it was functioning normally. I shut it down after completing my work, but the next day it failed to turn back on. This issue appeared immediately after the warranty expired, which has been extremely concerning.
I am a Computer Science undergraduate student, and I rely on this laptop every day for my academic work, coding assignments, and project submissions. This unexpected failure has put me in a difficult position.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
