my camera drive is missing since last windows update 24h2 and still 25h2 still same can u pls share the drive  . i just checked it in official softwares and drive where i cant able to find the specific camera drive .so kidly share it because iam a student attending many meetings where i faced lost of problem in missing of drive(camera drive)

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Check HP Support Website: Visit the HP Support Website and enter your laptop model to find any available drivers. Ensure you are searching under the correct model number.

Windows Update: Sometimes, Windows may provide updates for drivers. Check for updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and see if there are any driver updates available.

Device Manager:

  • Open Device Manager by pressing Win + X and selecting Device Manager.
  • Look for your camera under Imaging devices.
  • If it's listed, right-click and select Update driver.

HP Support Assistant: If you haven't already, install the HP Support Assistant. It can automatically detect and update drivers and software for your HP devices.
