If the HP OMEN Gaming Hub is not displaying the Performance Mode, it could be due to several reasons related to updates, compatibility, or configuration. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:

 

Update the OMEN Gaming Hub: Ensure your OMEN Gaming Hub is up to date by checking for updates through the Microsoft Store. Sometimes features are dependent on the latest software version.

Check Compatibility: Not all models support every feature in the OMEN Gaming Hub. Verify if your particular HP OMEN model supports Performance Mode by visiting the HP Gaming PCs - Compatibility with OMEN Gaming Hub features.

 

Feature Activation: Some settings need activation or might be hidden based on your current configuration. If available, ensure that Performance Mode is activated through the Bios settings or via the OMEN Gaming Hub interface.

 

Windows Updates: Make sure your system's drivers are up to date, particularly those associated with HP, Intel, AMD, and Realtek. Sometimes, driver updates can refresh and enable new functions within the OMEN Gaming Hub.

 

Restart the Application: Features such as Performance Control and Lighting might lose functionality after certain updates. If you encounter this issue, restart the OMEN Gaming Hub to restore functionality.
