Product: OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

the product name is OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx and the omen light studio is not working. I am unable to click any options when i open the light studio. The RGB lighting is not working with the effects . please give me a solution.

Does your machine actually have 4-zones keyboard ? What is your OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx ? When opening it on the very FIRST time, did you see 4-zone lights on keyboard which is similar to
