Hi@DIKY_NANDA,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing shutdown issues with the HP Pavilion Notebook.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Try doing Recovery on the PC from HP shipped USB Recovery kit
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • To disable Fast Startup, press the Windows Key + R to bring up the Run dialog, type powercfg.cpl and hit Enter. The Power Options window should appear.Click "Choose what the power buttons do" from the column on the left. Scroll down to "Shutdown settings" and uncheck the box for "Turn on fast startup". Note: If these options are greyed out then you may need to click "Change settings that are currently unavailable".

For any hardware issue or repair please click on the link Phone Assist Worldwide

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
