I HAVE A HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx  WHICH I BOUGHT IN 2018 .I HAVE ISSUES WHILE GAMING IT GOES AROUND 90 DEGREES WHENEVER I PLAY GAMES IN IT.I DONT KNOW WHY MY MODEL DOESNT EVEN HAVE A COMMAND CENTER TO CONTROL THE FANS SPEED ,EVEN THE OMEN COMMAND CENTER WONT WORK WITH MY MODEL.CAN U GUYS PROVIDE ANY HELP ,I WISH IF HP COMMUNITY WOULD PROVIDE ANY COMMOND CENTER FOR MY MODEL LIKE OMEN COMMAND CENTER THAT WOULD BE A LOT OF HELP ,IS THERE ANY APPLICATION I CAN GO OVER WITH WHILE GAMING THAT HP COMMUNITY CAN PROVIDE TO CONTROL FANS .I HAVE THE  HP COOL SENSE WHICH IS DUMB SOFTWARE BEEN PROVIDED WHICH LITERALLY DOES NOTHING

While gaming, your hardware needs to operate at a higher rate to ensure performance levels are met. So, naturally, your components get much hotter.

You need to replace the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU. The original paste has dried out by now and no longer efficient, so it doesnt cool as well as it should. I did this on my OMEN 15 from 2018 and it made a huge difference. I used Kryonaut thermal paste.
