OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A6AV)

My computer resets after a few minutes, sometimes after a smaller operation, sometimes just when logging in. In some games they work - however, after exiting the game after a few minutes, it stops and resets. It's not overheating unless the maximum fan set and also resets. I opened the lid to replace the memory - I do not know if the warranty will cover it. x Mostly it resets when watching multimedia. all updates are good.  Help please

Hello, I did what the tips. The computer performed better - it resets less often. However, the problem has not disappeared. It took me some time to install stable windows again. I scanned everything in HP Assistance and found nothing Thank you for your interest because I have been struggling with this laptop for 3 months
