WHEN EVER I PLAY GAMES MY LAPTOP CPU TEMPERATOR GOES UPTO 100 DEGREE CELSIUS WHICH IS NOT GOOD AS I SEARCH ON THE INTERNET.I HAVE DONE EACH AND EVERYTHING BUT MY LAPTOP TEMPERATURE NEVER GOES DOWN .

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating when you play games.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then run a system test on the computer to make sure that there are no hardware issues. Follow the steps in the below article to run the system test.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

my laptop is in warranty and i had already approch my nearest hp service center but they can not take any action from 15 days approx .they only take readings and again and again they have done the same thing.Their engineer told me that they are trying to place order for new heat sinks but company not gave him till yet and i thought that the problem is not in heat sinks its motherboard manufacturing defect because they repaste it  but the problem still is not solve.
