hello hp team, whenever I start gaming(any game  no matter its small or big) my laptop's temperature quickly reach 97 degree Celsius. And when I do anything else like using any browser or video editor its temperature will reach 97 degree Celsius. i have updated the latest update of windows , drivers and bios on May 24, 2021.  and  the temperature  not increase nether decrease from 97 degree Celsius.  temperature stucks on 97 degree Celsius. kindly help me.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
