Product: HP 348 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop wont charge unless its on sleep mode or the lid is closed if its opened the orange light of charging will change to a white light and my laptop wont charge i have tried to uninstall the battery setting and removed the batteries but i don't see any problem
