Hi @Spizen0k ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your OMEN by HP gaming laptop is not being recognized correctly by the OMEN Gaming Hub's MyLight Studio, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Update OMEN Gaming Hub: Ensure that you have the latest version of the OMEN Gaming Hub installed on your laptop.

Restart the Laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve communication issues between software and hardware. Restart your laptop and see if the issue persists.

Check for Driver Updates: Ensure that your laptop's graphics and keyboard drivers are up to date. You can do this through the Device Manager on Windows. Look for the keyboard and graphics drivers and update them if necessary.

Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub: If the problem persists, consider uninstalling the OMEN Gaming Hub and then reinstalling it. This can sometimes resolve issues with software recognition.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
