Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have an HP OMEN notebook and when i bought it i was able to configure the keyboard but suddenly one day i saw that under OMEN COMMAND CENTER lighting tab is not coming up and has vanished

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number?

Have you tried uninstalling the command center and reinstalling it?
