Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf1000 (95X64AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my omen 16 laptop is not supporting omen light studio. but when i bought this laptop from hp store the salesman told me that it will support the light studio but when i tried to customize it it was not working . He also told me that you have to take tutorial from youtube . whereas it doesn't support only

Not all Omen machines support that. Does your machine have 4-zone keyboard ? When opening it the first time, the keyboard should look similar to the following image
