I bought the display from walmart and now im trying to hard reset the pc but its asking me for the password for the computer which i do not have

Im having trouble getting passed the proxy page, the software doesn’t automatically fill it in. And I’m not sure how to manually put in the proxy. Any advice or help?

I don't have a key to test
I don't know if it's normal so I don't have this box, it goes directly to step 5
HP Cloud Recovery Tool detects the system information for your device, click Next.
but then it warns me that no usb key
step 4
if you uncheck the boxes does the following appear?
