Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My charging speed was taking too long and I used the diagnostics to find out what's wrong and it showed that my battery is defective and it gave me a failure ID and I have been trying to service my laptop which is under warranty but virtual assistant just guides me to the wrong direction. I need to sort this issue out asap.
