Pavilion 15-CX0002NX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

i just bought a new laptop 3 days ago and its the hp pavilion 15-cx0002nx and its great but the problem js the battery life it only lasted 2 hours and 30 mins while working without any gaming. it was advertised to stay 10 hours and 9 hours 30 mins in video playback thats not even close to my battrry life i have returned it and got another product but its still the same.

By The Way all the laptop drivers are up to date and even OS update is Up to date.

Please help me solve the issue my old hp laptop was getting 6 hours of battery life at work.

thank you.

Hi, what was the outcome of your problem?

I have the same laptop (although I have had it for over one year), and I had this problem from the start too; unfortunately I just put up with it. However now my frustrations are turning to find an answer and resolution...
