I have the same problem these are my specs I would really appreciate it if you could help me 12gb Ram, intel-i5-8300H CPU 4GHz max, currently at 2.30GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

If you look at my post above, it says if your system only requires a 150W charger, Performance Mode is bypassed.
IF you look at your charger, its only150W so you wont have Performance Mode. I'm sorry.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
