Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP pavilion, Rtx 3050 4gb ram, i5 11th gen, 8 ram for memory, is not charging via a power bank, even though I tried a 100 watt, 250 watt, and more.

All of my other devices charge.

I used usb c to usb c, and usb a to usb c, nothing worked, even though I saw an official page from HP where it says all HP laptops charge via a power bank if they provide appropriate wattage and appropriate usb connection.

My laptop support usb c entry.

So it's really frustrating because my charger is heavy, and I want something more mobile and lighter like a power bank, I honestly feel really bad.

Note that my official charger, that comes with the laptop, says on the back 200w (and yet it still does not charge with a power bank that's like 250 w)
